above is a recent digitally printed birth announcement (sides one and two), made for a family friend. my husband was the photographer, and miss scarlet the lovely model. the saying is one found in their home, and they wanted to include it on their announcement.

thanksgiving in chicago…

everyone in my family is a dog lover, and this thanksgiving we had quite a few little ones waiting under the table for a little taste turkey. my sister and her husband were wonderful hosts this year. here’s one of our two little dogs, marvin, and his ‘cousin’, jenks taking a peek off of their balcony…

LET IT SNOW

chicago is expecting snow this afternoon…and i just wanted to share a save the date that we completed recently, which i really love. soft grey ink letterpressed on crane’s lettra. i can’t wait to finish this set with the invitations next year! thanks kelli!
